I’m Brad Esposito, and I built Senior Source for one reason: families deserve a calm, trustworthy guide when life gets heavy. Most people don’t plan for senior care—until a fall, a hospital discharge, a new diagnosis, or caregiver exhaustion forces decisions fast. In that moment, you’re handed a list of places and expected to “just pick one.” That’s not fair, and it’s not how good decisions get made.
Senior Source helps families slow the chaos down and turn overwhelm into clear next steps. As an independent advisor, I’m not tied to any single community.
